Municipality: Bílá
The wooden church was built according to a design of Antonín Kybasta upon the wish of the Olomouc Cardinal Fridrich Landrát in the 1870th who also selected dedication. The church architecture goes beyond common shapes of other Beskydy wooden churches. Its high and slim tower reminds us of Scandinavian architecture. The complexly articulated roof including the inset ground plan is evidence of not only ambitious approach of the proposed solution, but also craftsmanship of local craftsmen who were able to cope with it during construction.
